All appointments cancelled at least 24 hours prior will not be charged a cancellation fee. Any appointments cancelled within the 24 hour window will be charged 50% of your service total and if a no-show charged 100% of scheduled service total. This will not be honored in future appointments and must be paid to rebook future appointments. Cancellations of 3 or more times will result in full service total pre-paid & previous balances to be paid before allowed to book future appointments.
